DentalAI handles clinic staff account information, patient lifecycle records, appointment data, consent records, communication metadata, and operational audit records needed to provide the service.
Patient contact details, date of birth, signatures, and similar sensitive fields are treated as protected data and are not used in public marketing, billing, usage rows, or analytics surfaces.
Use of information
Information is used to operate booking, intake, reminder, check-in, feedback, recall, AI review, support, security, billing, and audit workflows for the clinic.
DentalAI does not use patient data for unsupported advertising claims or sell patient information.
Controls
Tenant isolation, role checks, audit logging, encrypted sensitive fields, and clinician approval gates are built into the application architecture.
External go-live remains blocked until the clinic-specific PMS, delivery, billing, and clinical signoff checks are complete.
